A Letter to My Sisters:

A Breast Cancer Documentary for Young Women

Come out to Theatre N for some locally-sourced filmmaking goodness premiering a new documentary filmed by Dr. Nia Imani Bailey, DPA, M.A.Ed, RT(T), and DayDream Kreative Studios.

The Documentary gives some insight into the journey of young women dealing with their breast cancer diagnosis and life itself - while also highlighting prevention measures.

The documentary features:

  • One Jamaican/Asian/Puerto Rican woman, Janique Rivera, who was diagnosed in her 20's

  • One Mexican Woman, Brenda Dorantes, who was diagnosed in her 30's; the Spanish conversation is in Spanish with English subtitles.

  • One Caucasian Woman, Lynne Mitchell, who was diagnosed in her 40's.

We also accept ongoing donations to further our mission to impact the communities we serve.

All proceeds to benefit World Was Made For You, Inc.(provide high quality books to underserved communities) and Agape Nonprofit.(feed, clothe, and fellowship with the homeless, Pink Lemonade Stand Challenge/BCRF.
